In this, our first Practice Networks event, we're uniting in East Sussex – at Eastbourne's Leaf Hall to be exact!

As practitioners in this sector we are all in the business of supporting others, and to do that well we need to take time to look after ourselves.

With that in mind we have invited Rosaria Gracia, a renowned health specialist and university lecturer, to help us learn how we can support our wellbeing through her exclusive Movement Bites exercises.
